We schedule a video call to discuss your travel expectations and address any questions that may have arisen after reviewing your form. After this call, a 50% reservation payment is required, based on the duration of your trip.

We gather all the information about your destination and find the best price-to-quality options. It can take between 3 and 20 days depending on the urgency and trip duration, we’ll stay in touch with you to make adjustments so you can receive the 100% travel proposal.

While there's plenty of information available online, finding, reading and organizing it into a cohesive plan requires time and effort. By paying for our service, you save time and energy and receive curated recommendations for the best flights, highly-rated hotels (to avoid surprises), activities suited to your preferences, and much more.
5 / CAN I MODIFY THE ITINERARY?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's anything in the PDF you receive that you’re not happy with (e.g., accommodations, route), we’ll work with you to make the necessary changes and resend the guide. If additional revisions are required, there will be a fee of 30€ for each extra request.
6 / WHO MAKES THE RESERVATIONS?
We provide you with the links to book everything yourself, ensuring the process is private and secure. However, if you'd prefer us to handle the reservations, you can let us know during the video call.
7 / DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT BEFORE RECEIVING MY GUIDE?
Yes, but the payment is split into two 50% installments.

Our service focuses on the planning and organization stage before your trip begins, and it officially concludes once we deliver the final version of your guide. However, if you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
9 / CAN I GET A REFUND?
As this is a digital product tailored exclusively for you, refunds cannot be requested after payment. If you decide to cancel before making the final payment and receiving the guide, contact us to discuss possible solutions.
